I need some assistance in ripping voice clips on ps3, I am thinking about ripping voice clips from Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, I ran into this little file called bddata.bin.
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
If you can upload it I'll see what I can do. Either attaching in a ZIP or uploading elsewhere like Dropbox is fine.
Or, you can simply provide a sample file or two from the game.
For one thing, no one wants to download an entire game just to search for a couple files. Also since you are asking for help, it would be wise to help out those who agree to help you as much as you can.
And more importantly, linking directly to ROMs and ROM sites are against the forum rules.
Just some friendly advice.

I will try to upload the file, it's very big like around 5 and a half GBs' and it may take a while so you'll have to bear with me, puggsoy.
Wow wow wow, that sounds like the whole game... don't upload the whole game.

Just informing you since ROMs and the like are, in reality, illegal so we cannot be throwing links to them around for everyone and condoning the use of them. However a couple random asset files from within the game aren't really much use to people on their own so they are okay to share (and smaller).

EDIT: Whoops ninja'd, yea don't give us the whole ROM please. If you don't know how to get the game's files out then maybe we can help you.
If you just upload the first 50-100MB of the bddata.bin file then that should be enough for me to work with. You can find file splitters online that split files into smaller bits.
However if Dazz is right and you are trying to upload the whole game, don't do that, just upload bddata.bin.

It is NOT the whole game, it's just that one data file that has ALL the sound and dialogue in the game, that one file is where I think that is where all the voices are, hidden ones that you can't even access in the sound gallery, and even some unused ones,
Thanks for the understanding everyone, I will try to see what I can make of this, any tools that can extract this one file i'm looking at is also appreciated as well.
