I'm sorry to be the one to say this but looking at those Metal gear Smash 4 things was just painful. They are nothing but edits of Smash photos where you just pasted beards and bandanas on their heads. I can hardly call that art. The only thing I can even remotely appreciate is that megaman drawing you made.
The anatomy on it needs alot of work. His left eye is much smaller than his right one, his right foot is bigger than his left. There are also other flaws that need to be addressed, but I suggest that you practice human anatomy first before doing some more stuff so you can get an idea of how to draw people. You can post your practice doodles here and then we can help you. Here's a few links to help you out:

I think what he's getting at is that you implemented the perspective incorrectly. The parts of the body do not need to have that extreme of a size change hen perspective is applied in most cases. I realize that the original sprites more or less suffers from the same problem, but you shouldn't be restricted by that. Instead of following the sprite exactly, take it as an opportunity to build upon an existing sprite and make it look much better than it did before.

This is perspective. ^
The width of the eye is supposed to change rather than the height. I'm pretty sure you resized and traced over the Megaman 8 sprite because it looks exactly the same to it except drawn. Doing that restricts you from improving it because you're tracing over pixels and that proves for very innacurate and wonky details. Try spriting it in a custom pose and see how that goes.

While BlueBlur's post could have been written a little more tactfully, he's right about perspective - the easiest way of putting it is
a character shoud look like O_O or
your Megaman's looking a bit like O_o
Look at Megaman's art in Smash
He doesn't quite have that O_o going on. There's perspective - sure, but it doesn't really seem to compromise the character's appearance in any way.
For the most part, your drawing's a resized version of the MM7 Megaman sprite - you could probably capture the same effect using an algorithm like you see in a lot of modern-day HD-converted games.
Now that you have an HD "sprite", you're free to take some liberties to make it resemble something you'd see in an HD remix of a game
Try making the eyes of equal height, and work your way down until you have something that works.
