Made what I expected to find in this topic.

This green guy is my favorite, very cute.
Honestly, almost none of these guys loook like they can stand upright in the pose they're in.
Removed a lot of the black from the style because at first glance I thought there was a giant black star fish stuck on his side. The shading style doesn't look very consistent either.
You need to use more interesting colors too (not that mine are any better, just used first thing I could mix)
Seriously, it isn't that hard to totally redo something in this style, this thing took me like 3 minutes literally.
Also everything looks really sketchy and unappealing (even if "sketchy" was what you were aiming for (I think I read that in this topic, not sure) it just looks bleh).
So yeah, really remake it this time, it just looks like a quick edit.

I don't know how to fix it though

Mozz edit pretty much explains it. Most of them are leaning back way too much, make them stand strait. I don't like how the black is a little overused though.

PK, Mozz got perfectly what I was trying to say. Yes, I could tell that the bottom row was updated, but tbqh they still looked like crap.
The new one is much better. That's basically what I was aiming for with my post. You can keep the black because it's part of the style, but tone it way down and update the other stuff.

Getting much better PK! Just do the same basic idea with them, and they will be fine.

Are the top row new? If so you've slipped back to your old style with the last 3.

First 2 look very good though imo.

Completely redesigned the blue robot. Red robot is next.

How are you gonna redesign the stickly man? Seems uninteresting without some meat on his pixels.
