Surprised that some people have the technology to open some!
Sorry, but, I can only provide 1 file this time....because 2 are in a zip!

I think texturipper (google it) can extract both these and those sticker star ones you were wondering about.

When I drag them in, nothing happens.

You're probably using version 1.0 from here. For some reason that doesn't work, you'll want version 1.1/1.2 from here.

I used it and still, nothing comes out.
Is there a directory I should make or something?

Nope. Just drag the files onto it, it works for me. Make sure you're using the right one, it should be texturipper_1.2.exe.

It still didn't work.
Every time I do it.
Tried Versions 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2, and still nothing.
