Finally figured out 3DS models.

yeah it works.. looks like some objects are missing tho

that im not sure of... but it just feels like there's something missing.. also there's a hole in the middle of the island.

Update:
Pretty sure what was missing in the middle was water.
Found some more objects while browsing through it.

I'll make sure to test all of these when i get on my laptop since it has blender.
I'll even throw in the icons as well if that's okay.
