Nice jorb (sic) on all of the character spritesheets. I'm working on ripping both Hong Meiling and IaMP Alice Margatroid (since the Shanghais look different), so you shouldn't have to worry about those two.
Yeah, I think it's just different Shanghai's, not sure though! And Meiling? Awesome =D

I ripped them similarly to how you ripped the Hakurei Shrine, though I have it completely assembled (as opposed to having each piece separated). I have all the sky effects on a separate sheet from the backgrounds (even though there weren't exactly 15 -- there seemed to be a few duplicates).
