It was actually in scale with the Beta Half Life 2 MP5
Now that I think of it, it would work good as a TF2 skin, if I rig it right.

Modeled this after a dumb idea I had while in the shower. "What if Rare made a early, Mario 64-looking Battletoads game for the N64's launch". Thus, I imagine it to look like this.
Despite how much of a disaster it would be. I think it would be pretty cool?

Is this a bit more legit? Made a mockup and tried to not use lighting and such. Textures are mostly from RARE games, for more consistency.
I was going to shrink this to 320x240, but that's for ants. So I just made it 320x240 scaled to 640x640.
The HUD is a tad too large, honestly. Here's a actual 3D roation the Toad model himself, might upload him to the Models Resource, if people want it.

Been learning Source some more, found out about phong maps.
Might animate it sooner or later.

Made a Rex from SMW.
Arms were taken from Yoshi's Smash 4 model because lazy.
Fixed up some texture stuff, added original hands.

Got bored, decided to do a Mother 3 model of the Pigmasks in a DS style. Some textures were sampled from the in-game sprites.
I might upload it to the Models Resource, soon.
I really like the Pigmask model. Rex still looks too much like Yoshi, though.

I agree the Rex is a tad awkward. High poly isn't really my best, unless it's solid, simple objects.
Here's another Mother 3 model, of Lil' Miss Marshmallow, the "maid" in Thunder Tower. Texture filtering was being a jerk today, so it looks a tad weird.
