To be honest, not a fan of the punches right now, because it feels like they lack force.

I agree, I'll be working on that!

Is there a story behind the electricity attacks? Or is he just that shocking of a character?

I'm excited for the Electric attacks because now there's an opportunity to use the Shock animations.

Speaking of, should the shock animations work more or less like Street Fighter where they just shock then enemy back in the air and don't really combo?

shock should deal small damage but have freeze frames and thus make them susceptible to combos. It would allow for a quicker pace game.
