Wario Castle (SML2): 66AB-0000-0080-93EC
9-Square: DBBC-0000-0082-E3F8
The second one was kind of an experimental puzzle level. Each square has an important element for completing the stage, the trick is discovering which order to do them in.
You know, I was thinking about it, and I think I realize now why they opted not to include checkpoints in the game. Because what's to stop some sadist from placing a checkpoint directly over an open pit? Or if it's a ground based checkpoint like a flag, what's to stop them from placing it in an empty room with no exit?
The only way I can think to get around this is to make it so that when you want to upload a level you have to hit the checkpoint AND complete the level, to prove that it's feasible to beat the level from the checkpoint. But even that could be gotten around with the use of P-blocks, since it could be active when you hit the checkpoint and wouldn't be when you respawned.
Anyone gotta solution?
The most suggested solution is completing the level once and then from the checkpoint. The issue with this is that the smooth layout the game currently has would be made clunkier by having to complete a level twice. I doubt this would be a big deal for people wanting checkpoints, but I doubt Nintendo wants to overcomplicate the experience for the uninitiated.
Or perhaps force the player to complete the level by touching all of the checkpoints in one go. If you can't reach the goal after passing one of them, you can't upload the stage.
Have a restart option for both "from start" and "from checkpoint".
Placing a checkpoint over a pit or in a way that starting from it gets you stuck is not much (if at all) different from getting stuck in general. If you have to avoid the CP, then so should the creator, because (s)he still has to clear the stage in order to upload it.
I've added 2 stages and removed Boom Boo's Basement due to my current upload limit.
Squary Booxes (Scary/Square Boo/Boxes) has boxes and Stretches. Challenging, but with room for error.
Bowser's Moving Arena is a boss course in which you must survive Bowser until the arena reaches the exit pipe. Bowser Jr. joins in halfway.
I just added a new stage called Ridley's Lair which is a remake of Ridley's Lair from Metroid Zero Mission. There are few paths that will both connect to an area. Whatever path is chosen will always lead to a same area.
Level Name: Ridley's Lair (Metroid Zero Msn)
ID; 632B-0000-0092-653A
-A Metroidvania level which is a recreation of Ridley's Lair from Metroid Zero Mission. As you progress in this stage, any path that you choose will eventually lead to a same area. Note: Two shortcut checkpoints are added and choose one of the 3 combinations to get through one of the shortcut checkpoints. (The boss is Bowser in which you have to kick shells to him under Ridley's head.)
Booster Tower (SMRPG) - 3D79-0000-0095-2D1D
If you don't feel like wasting your time fighting Bowser at the end, there is a secret star nearby you can use.

Added a new level! Tried to make this one as challenging as I could. Kind of started off as something inspired by the lost levels then it turned into something different entirely.
I finally got 150 stars, so here's some more.
Race for the Triforce! - 89CA-0000-0099-E1F9
If you only play one of my stages, make it this one. I rather like how it turned out. You play as both Link and Ganondorf, who are both trying to get the Triforce. In the end, you get to choose who wins (and there might even be a third choice). It's not a particularly difficult course but it does benefit younot to rush it.
12-Square - 134C-0000-0099-E372
Same idea as 9-Square, but probably done better.
Leaky Pipes 3 - 9BD6-0000-009D-AB83
[EDIT] I decided to remove the boss because I felt the level was too long.
The Takeover - 0B38-0000-0099-E27A
Because everyone has to do their own variation of 1-1 at some point.
I was staying at a friend's place and created two levels there. I added them under "additional showcase" in the OP.
Muy Cooliente is an ice level with moving pieces of floor and fire on rails. Don't slip up!
Deep-fry Dungeon can be considered a sequel to Muy Cooliente, but is more fire themed. It's hard.
Please consider trying (and starring) some my friend's other levels. You know how to go to someone's profile right? Just tap that Mii face.
Dropping Airship Mayhem in favor of a new level that... I'm willing to bet you will all end up enjoying one way or another
Course Name: Don't Touch The Stars
Course ID : 0F5A-0000-00AD-4CF5
EDIT: Made a slight aesthetic change at the end of the level since I realized players could break the said rule of the level I set intentionally just to rack up an insane amount of points, should make things a little more harder to do that.
EDIT 2: Okay, last time I'm doing this, but I fixed up the end of the level again and messed around with a few parts of the level for the sake of keeping the difficulty more consistent.
I just uploaded 3 new levels which are remakes from Donkey Kong Country 2. Give them a try if you can.
Level Name: Rickety Race (DK Country 2)
ID; 1AF9-0000-0097-5299
-A recreation of the Rickety Race level from Donkey Kong Country 2. Fireworks sounds are added as well as riding Koopa blocks representing as the Kremlings. Jump through Grinders while on a moving blue skull platform. Note: Two shortcut checkpoints are added and choose one of the 3 combinations to get through one of the shortcut checkpoints. (Tip: Stay on the left of the blue skull platform and just jump through the Grinders and Koopas).
Level Name: Rattle Battle (DK Country 2)
ID; D291-0000-00A7-169C
-This is a recreation of the Rattle Battle Level from Donkey Kong Country 2. The Goomba's Shoe is used as the jumping Rattly. (Note: Two shortcut checkpoints are added and choose one of the 3 combinations to get through one of the shortcut checkpoints.)
Level Name: Hornet Hole (DK Country 2)
ID; 10B9-0000-00AA-E0A6
-This is a recreation of the Hornet Hole level from Donkey Kong Country 2. (Note: Two shortcut checkpoints are added and choose one of the 3 combinations to get through one of the shortcut checkpoints. )
Hey good friends of mine! You should try some of my levels that I have made, so that I will feel better about myself!
Airship Heist
ID:93e5-0000-00AC-7F83
Steal coins from an airship, then make your getaway! Very exciting.
Pleasant Manor
1901-0000-00-A4-E059
A nice mansion with maybe no ghosts.
Relentless Bowser
EF4A-0000-0052-BE48
Bowser is relentless.
Dropped World 1-1 & 1-2 (Special) in favor of an original level called Cartilage Cavern. It has bones. ID in OP.
Kirby 64: Rock Star 1 - 46AC-0000-00A7-07C0
Not sure why I chose to remake this particular level, but it turned out pretty good.
Kirby 64: Shiver Star Factory - 8E26-0000-00A8-BED0
One of Kirby 64's better known levels. I could actually use people's opinions on this part, particular the last area where the pusher robots are supposed to be. Not sure if I actually like how I did them.
Choose Your Boss - 6206-0000-00B4-17E3
Just some boss experiments. You have to choose one of the five bosses to defeat. Some of the bosses have been used in levels I've made previously.
Dodge the Springs! - 37E1-0000-00B3-FE69
Just do what the title says.
Quiz Time! - B1FC-0000-00A4-C4A5
I'm hoping this one is self explanatory.
You know what I think this game's biggest failing is? The fact that the list of people you're following isn't in order by most recent uploads. If you want to see if anyone has uploaded anything new you literally have to go through your list and check everyone individually. It's bullshit.
