I was going to buy those Onyx pins, but I seriously didn't think that they would have made much of a difference during the fight :<
I mean, I figured that they would have dropped the damage down by maybe ten points max, so I didn't bother using them
and then I ran through the Training Hall with the Ruby pins, and noticed how much of a difference they made
:<
but then again this is coming from the guy who actually got killed by both Wallman and Jiang Shi
argh
I'm stuck in skeleton cave :p
I killed the boss (almost did it with no damage because it's so easy using only luminos or whatever it's called) and got double jump, and even though I levelled up like 3 times I still keep getting killed before I get out :p
I don't want to use a ticket though
Use the hammer glyphs, Macir, preferably Vol Macir, all skeletons have that weakness.
I made it out.
Currently on the water boss
argh she's hard
I just bought some new gear though so I'm going back for a rematch
She's not too bad. Strong, but easy to predict.
Actually, I found her weakness and beat her with no damage taken.
Her weakness? Vol Confodere.
Here's how to do it:
1. Equip VC to both hands and go in the room.
2. Run up to her, get as close as you can, duck, and start hammering your dual wield combo. She'll backdash a few times, so make sure you run up to her, duck, and keep attacking.
3. Eventually, she'll reach the wall and can't go back any further (even though she'll keep backdashing). When this happens, she'll start using Maelstrom so make sure that a stone is close by. After Maelstrom ends, get back to her as quickly as you can, duck, and continue wailing on her. She'll die quickly.
The best part of this is that since you're so close to her and down so low, she won't launch any attacks other than Maelstrom and maybe the stone dropping thing since it's impossible to hit you with any of her other attacks. Both are easy to avoid, so all you have to do is get back to her as fast as you can and keep up your onslaught. I didn't use any hearts during the entire battle and also got her medal.
Oh, and Goliath is incredibly easy once you memorize his attack pattern. I need to try for a medal sometime.

i can beat goliath in three blows, dracula in five. woot
So I levelled up 21 times today in the span of an hour and a half. Also doubled my attribute points for Hammers.
Okay so I'm on the sand fish (Oblivion Ridge) atm
I'm assuming that it's impossible to get the glyph just before his room until after you beat him
Vol Grando seems to do the most damage
Good Strategy?
also is it worth it for me to try to farm Tin Men for gold ore?
Fighting Wallman ATM. He seems easy.
btw how do you level up Fidelis Noctua
I take it everywhere with me now but it's only at level one
does my exp affect it because I've leveled up at lease 3 times while it was casted and got nothing

The idea is to absorb more Fidelis Noctua glyphs while you have the owl(s) summoned. As you absorb more glyphs while the summon is activated, then you level up the summon. It takes 15 glyphs to reach level 2, and it takes 15 more glyphs (or 30 total glyphs) to reach level 3.
also woo just beat the game
and now I'm stuck at the crab boss again, but this time I'm on Albus mode :<

crap
it took me forever to get the first one
*sigh* time to go grind again
so I just beat Blackmore.
I'm only level 30 (after beating him), and he could kill me in two of those shadow meteor things
but wait
Onyx Pins + Diamond Ring + Nitesco Blade Crash + Nitesco = killed in under 5 2? minutes
oh man those onyx pins are amazing
he went from 236 damage per attack to like 26
safddsfsafdsa
the only problem is since I'm so low of a level I get killed quickly by normal enemies while I'm trying to get from one place to the next :p
I'll probably have to grind for the next boss
edit- also GOLD ORE I NEED TWO WHERE CAN I GET IT BESIDES TIN MEN IF POSSIBLE
