I figured it out and ripped them all unfortunately I got weird black outlines on all them by the process that I did. I used this method to do so from this

You have to extract UNDERTALE.exe with something like Universal Extractor and then use X-Ripper on the data.win file contained inside." That's the quote that helped me rip it. Be careful not to screw up your undertale.exe though. Hope this helps, because it helped me. But unless you're only doing it for private use then you have to wait a year from the game's release to post the sprite sheets to the spriter's resource.
