With RTB's BFLIMtoGTX.bms and textconv2 I managed to produce this:

paint.net doesn't like it though

I'm trying to convert 
Pack\Layout.pack\Layout\Cmn_ClapperboardBtn_00.szs\Cmn_ClapperboardBtn_00.arc\timg\Kachinko_Text_00^s.bflim (and the rest of the timgs in the layout folder)

You could use Noesis to convert those to PNG files like I do (that one in particular's using the "ATI1" format, which is basically a monochromatic DDS that only certain programs can open), but I think something might've gone off with the original conversion, considering the image itself looks broken up.
