Also how do i rip the models or content from these file types? sorry that i'm a noob. :p

I think dict is a common format...Not sure about .data and .config though. Provide some samples.

Please look on the bigest file some models and textures are in there. I think its inklude in .data or dict.

I agree, what are these file types? There aren't many places online that explain what these are in a way that is easy for people starting out to understand. And because of that not many 3DS games have been ripped of their models, textures, sprites, and sounds.

For example there are barely anything that is ripped for the 4 categories for the 3DS sonic games like:
Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (3DS)
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (3DS)
Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal (3DS)
Sonic Lost World (3DS)
Sonic Generations (3DS)

im having trouble with it too, i am trying my best. I hope i will get them some time soon...
