I realized that after the fact but it was far too late to do anything about it. Your reply was actually very useful, not only to attempt to diffuse the situation as a whole but also to give me a chance to properly explain what I meant, so thanks!

I found a Japanese rom for the game but I can't put a link because of the rules.
Why is DarkLordRS banned?
He's probably banned because he's an alt account. He's got very few posts, which could be the only reasonable explanation before the site staff caught on.

Basically, think before you post; but more importantly, put a little consideration into your requests as well. You can't expect anyone to rip 50 character models, textures and meshes and rig them properly in a timely manner. You'd be waiting actual years if so - some things like these are ongoing projects at VGR!

Try to gauge what an idea of a reasonable request is - because you're also looking to benefit from this project as well by getting a character to work in BrawlBox. But a queue of FIFTY CHARACTERS TO RIG AND MODEL IN BRAWLBOX is kind of daunting.  
Pick a more reasonable number - maybe Pokemon that you're interested in rigging first and start with those.

We don't disclose why certain members are banned unless the reasoning is obvious (like for the dozens of spambots we get every month).

You're right. They are banned for a reason.
I just recently unpacked the rom of the game, and after I wake up, i'll go through the files. No promises that they'll contain BCH or BCRES/BCMDL/BCSKLA tho

I got the files but most of them are .bin files. Is there a way to extract them?

Most of the data in question is probably stored in the pokemon_graphic.bin file which is about 235MB. Possibly cross-referenced with the much smaller pokemon_graphics_databse.bin file for the game to look stuff up.

idk what's inside these files, I'm not good at this stuff but a cursory look in a hex editor at least shows the names of bones and romanised pokemon names.
