Yet again another simple file format.
I think I've seen it before, Photoshop can open .raw files.

Could you elaborate on what the format seems to be? I'm not getting much out of it, looks compressed or something to be honest.

You can use this to convert them to PNG.

It's a java JAR file, so run it.
Then you can drag the .raw files onto the window.
It should output a PNG in the same directory as the raw file.
