XnConvert works fine but i think it's me the problem because i see only black and blue texture ^^ Thanks you man for helping me and i hope that will help someone else !
I have re extract the Link.tex2.sbfres -> .bfres -> gtx -> dds and it's always black and blue on the XnConvert and on 3DMax the DDS is also select xDD Idk it's broke i think.
you don't need to use the tex2 files, they are just the mipmaps. The correct textures are always labeled tex1.

And everything works fine except for the Korok faces. I've got the Korok body, but none of the faces will import. Anyone know how to get those?
Is it possible to replace the textures in Breath of the Wild? I'm not a graphics maniac, but a lot of textures (rock textures for example) are extremely blocky. They look like from the N64 days. It's immersion breaking for me in a way. I want to create more high-res version of the textures and inject them into the game, if it's possible.
Do any of you here have the OoT 3D or MM 3d skull kid model with UVs and stuff already mapped out?

Hi hi ! I've found the guardian models ! But there is a problem :
There is only one foot, and it's not assigned with the armature... Look at the image:
Have you ever managed to import it properly ? Or maybe the feet assign with the animation, but I don't know how to extract them, and it only extracts the skeleton.
And also an other small problem, why when I export my object as .FBX in 3dsMax and when I import it in blender, the skeleton is tiny and horizontal and the model is much bigger and vertical ?
So exporting with 3ds max seems to work properly

Can you give me a copy of the tool you use to rip the 3ds zelda models? I can only find unstable version 0.2 . Meanwhile most of the host sites seem to be gone . :/ An I can't find

Wow, it seems to be taking an absurd amount of time for the ripped models to be posted on the web site. If there's anybody who wouldn't mind possibly PM'ing me a download for a few BotW Gerudo models (namely Urbosa and Buliara) and Gerudo weaponry (Scimitar of the Seven, Urbosa's shield, Gerudo Claymore & Golden bow) I would incredibly appreciate it. I want them for Smash bros model imports so it doesn't matter if there are any oddities with the bones or textures. Thanks in advance if anyone can do this.
