Hey guys!

Shrinefox over at Amicitia completed a tutorial on how to rip from Vita games.  They've already got both Persona 4 Golden and Dancing All Night ripped using the method in the video.

Looks like this will work with just about anything.  So what are you guys going to rip first?

Aaa thanks for sharing! Sorry if the video is kind of all over the place, I recorded it in the order that was convenient for me.
Let me be more upfront with the requirements:

A PSVita system, firmware 3.52 or below
a PS3 system with PSN access
TWO PSP GAMES
A DIGITAL COPY OF THE GAME YOU WANT TO DUMP
PSP homebrew capabilities on your Vita
probably a memory card larger than 8 GB (otherwise good luck...)

Programs:
Mozilla Thunderbird
qCMA
sqlitebrowser
PSPfiler

Man, I look forward to the day that this process becomes much simpler. It reminds me of early 3DS ripping, though even worse!!

I'm sure it'll be a few more year yet, but it's great to see that it's not an impossible feat if somebody has enough dedication

Yeah... It's definitely far from ideal.
Would be nice if there was a native homebrew method of dumping Vita games, but it'd require an even lower firmware than 3.52. And I'm also not sure what kind of permissions Rejunvenate has access to as I can't run it myself.


As you can see, you have to transfer files at least 7 times as opposed to a single time on the 3DS. It's pretty intensive. And since the files are so big, it's hours of waiting for them to transfer too.

Can you update the description for 3.60 users?
