The cloud is rather pillow shaded and Lakitu pretty much has no shading.
And he reminds me of Dexter.

This probably should have been posted in Sprite Discussion first. A mod may move this over there for you.
Anyways you have a start, but Lakitu and his cloud, sign, and rod are misshapen. Repiteo already covered the shading problem.

I wasn't a link it was an attachment.I would of done it as a straight forward picture but I can't get that to work.
I only read the bit about sprites that you created goes in sprite discussion after I posted this
