I've been searching through a few forums to see how to view these .cmp files but nothing seems to work.
(or maybe i missed something since i am still new to 3ds ripping)

Hastily threw this together.
Download
It's a runnable jar file. Run it, then drag the CMP things onto the window and it will export a PNG.

No idea if it works on all the files, but it works with the samples you posted.
Post any more that do not work.

Ah it works for most of the files but not all.

Hey, thank you for the software, it's really nice.
I'm trying to find a way to edit the text in game for fan translation purpose, I think it's also in .cmp files, located in Target.bin under Event folder. I looked into it with a hex editor, I can see the alphabets but after that only crap text, anyone happens to know anything about it at all?
