Hey guys, I've got a single texture here that's been bugging me for a while. Can someone figure out how to convert this to something more standard?

Hate to bump, but I forgot to mention the game and such. This is from Skylanders: Trap Team for the 3ds. It should be a single diffuse texture of a black sheep. I really need this converted as it is vital to my final project

It just looks like raw image data without header. Seems to be in a standard 3ds pixel format. ETC1 maybe?
