The green is a little too saturated, and the shading is a bit extreme. The animation should probably be a little more apparent, too.

It needs work, but a good first try.

This new one looks better. This style reminds me of Advance Wars.

They look pretty good so far, not a big fan of the first ones though, but keep it up.
