The PlayStation Vita version of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is identical to the PS3 version. Though unlike the PS3 version, it is completely uncompressed and uses readable formats. I've extracted all the files here:

.cskn are models and
.ctxr are textures.
That script seems to fail quite often on playable characters. I'm trying to get Sir Daniel's model and it always errors.

If i remember correctly that scrit work only for the beta/demo version of the game, it was never updated to support the full game.
So actually you should able to convert only few models.

Yeah, u are right i checked my version and it was for the beta of the PS3 version.

Do you think you could place all the contents of the MEGA folder in a zip file?
I was able to get all playable characters except Fat Princess.
You couldn't get any of the DLC characters?
