Given its more looking for starter tutorials than getting critics on any current work ... I wasn't sure if I should of posted in the creativity spriting forum.

I am looking for resources on learning the art of pixel terrain ... direct top down prospective. How to build a map tile-set that meshes together well.

E.G. From this prospective.

Hey bud - GD's more for social topics. And Creativity's for...well, other kinds of creativity - drawings, poetry, etc. Let me move your topic somewhere where it's gonna get both the visibility and audience it needs in order to shine: Custom Sprites/Pixel Art.
