I was looking through the ISO and I couldn't find any non-QuickBMS extractors. Can anyone figure out these formats?

The file looks compressed on some basis, by a quick glance at it.

Originally, ALuigi had a bms script over at zenhax that exports .nfc files from the dat archive. What program can read these files?
