Seems to be working fine for me, it output a bunch of DDS files which I was able to convert to PNG easily.
ShadowTunnelStage.gtx comes out like this though:
The edges might be supposed to be like that, because they aren't displayed in-game, but look at the left edges of of shadows - is that right?

Apparently, that's just the way they are. For whatever reason the red and blue channels are kinda blurry-looking, which is what's creating the discoloration around the edges. I did a texture dump using Cemu, and it turned out the same way, so it's not a conversion error...
