This is a texture.

Unless those are made to wrap around 3D models (which I don't remember if they do or not), we usually keep things like that on TSR even if it is technically classified as a texture.

The Sonic Runners icon at Spriters Resource is horribly stretched. I made a new icon to fix that.

These sprites are from the third Mega Man DOS game (which doesn't have it's own section), not the first.

Though this also caused my currently queued sheet (the Stage Select from the first MM DOS game) to now say it's for the third game instead of the first.

Apologies about this, it's actually my fault. It was submitted with "Sid Meier's" at the start, but Civ II on TSR didn't have it so I removed it for consistency. Looks like I should have done it the other way round
