I think I may have figured out what was causing it. Can you try again and let me know?
I got a screen that said "error updating new icon count", but when I went back, my icon updated just fine.
That worked.
I hope these are okay; I'm having all kinds of struggles with 3DS Max
Both done
Not sure if it's a site error, but I had a pending submission disappear. The icon is still on the server and the game is still pending approval (though lacking an icon, which someone else can do), but it's not in my pending submissions despite it being there for a couple months.
Do you know when it disappeared? Or better yet, can you link me to the icon for this missing submission? If I had to guess, I'd say that the submission was likely "pre-approved" - a state where a submission has been accepted for a game that hasn't been yet. Once the game is approved, all auto-approved sheets will be pushed through at the same time. I can confirm this with the site and ID in question though.
Hey, guys. I just noticed something, and I figured I'd bring it to your attention. With NSFW sheets, the little warning bit in the upper-left corner of the icons don't appear in the "Recently Uploaded Sheets" parts in each console and genre section. As an example, check the Genesis section, where the newest sheet is NSFW. It appears normally everywhere else.

Good catch - thanks! This has now been fixed.

I noticed it went missing about a week ago, possibly sooner. If it is as simple as that, then that is a relief

That would be because the sheet itself was accepted, but the game hasn't yet since it's still missing an icon. As soon as that's updated, your sheet'll show up.

Just want to confirm that this is indeed the case.
I think the DS game "Submarine" should be called "Submarine Tech Demo". E3 2005 version is the one that was dumped (and therefore the one that has rips).
Naming instances:
E3 2004 tech demo showreel - annotation:
"Submarine" Tech Demo
E3 2005 title screen:
Submarine
Tech Demo
E3 2005 dsmenu title:
Submarine
Tech Demo
