This is always either a cache/cookie problem or related to an ad blocker. Try clearing your cache and cookies first and otherwise, try it with your ad blocker, if you have one, disabled or in a different browser.

After looking around on the forums and seeing some other submissions, I'm seeing that some things show two titles in cases like the name in one region being significantly different from each other. So I'm wondering if this game's title should be changed to "Final Sky/Cross Summoner":

It's also a game that's never been released outside of Japan, so should it have a (JPN) in the title as well?

Under PC / Computer, Minecraft has no icon and Minecraft: Java Edition has a stretched out icon of official artwork. Both games do have pending submissions, at least.
Don't worry about reporting what you see under the pending section. Those entries are only visible if you're logged in and we have a different interface for managing them anyway.
