Programs: Quickbms (http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm), 3ds Max (https://www.autodesk.com/products/3ds-max/overview), Magic.TXD (http://gtaforums.com/topic/851436-relopensrc-magictxd/), and your favorite 3d modeling program.
step 1: Click any folder and any model you want and copy it
step 2: Drag the shadow the hedgehog_one.bms script to quickbms.exe
step 3: Click the model you copyed and save it in a folder
step 4: Delete any file that is not a DFF and a TXD
step 5: Click on the TXD file and click on export, click export all, have the format under PNG and click export, save it in the folder (you can delete the TXD file)
step 6: Open 3ds Max and click on the icon on the top left corner, click import, then click the model you have
step 7: Export the model (click OK twice)
step 8: Go to where you exported the model and open it
step 9: Apply the texture to the model and there you're done!
