Hi, I'm new when it comes to ripping models from games

Recently, I've been interested in trying to do some ripping myself, starting with 3DS games.

But I have no idea how to start, could anyone help me regarding how to do it?

Someone can explain how to do it?

I try to follow a guide i found in google but i get stuck near of the end because it says I need a Hacked 3DS to finish the ripping.

I have a RomFS.bin with the 3DS models but i dont know how to open it.

Is it possible to rip without a 3ds?
