I'd like the return of those spherical enemies with the spiked balls (or flames or ice crystals) rotating around them. I can't remember what they were called, but the challenge they added was nice. Unfortuantely, the fire version in SA1 was a little cheap.

To me, Tails and Amy were completely different from Sonic.
If you completed Sonic's story with all the upgrades first, Tails would have a harder time racing him. However, if you played through Tails' story the moment he was unlocked, it would be much easier. I also enjoyed the vast alternate routes he opened up.
Amy's levels were a heck of a lot different than Sonic's in every way (they weren't really any harder either). They were mostly platforming and puzzle-solving.

GrooveMan makes a valid point. The afns are unhappy by something so they complain. Sega eventually listens, and the fans complain about something else. Be satisfied, dang it!

Oh, it's easy to explain, and I'm sure such an explaination would be throughoughly explanative and satasfy your curiocity.

BUt seriously, why is it shenanigans? People bitched about too many characters now there's the one you wanted, so how is this game already fail?

Well, uhh....
It's not like Werehog has wierd oversized arms that grow or anything...

So this game is fail already by default because his arms are over sized in his other form? Don't werewolves by default grow in muscle, or should that no apply to a Sonic game where he turns into one?

I'm not saying it fails automatically, I'm just saying, they've botched this kind of stuff before. I'm aprehensive myself, and I'll probably rent the game when it comes out, or hang with a friend who has and tag-team the game, passing the controller when Werehog emerges, stuff like that.

I'll be damned if I don't keep mocking it though, Sonic should never mimic Popeye.

What's next? Amy wiggles around like Olive Oyl?
