Sooooooo I Made A Cuphead Sprite Sheet! (I Know..I Know.... It Looks Like That Bendy Sprite Sheet That I Made.) I Need Some Feedback To Improve It!
Look, first off stop being down on yourself. This attitude doesn't help you or anyone else wanting to give you feedback. To me it shows that you don't want to be in that growth mindset you need to be in to learn from your mistakes. Unless you for some reason believe that you don't want to take the advice seriously and take the tips to improve, you will not get anywhere and what we say will become meaningless.
Focus on making one sprite from scratch instead of doing an edit, or a whole sheet of edits for that matter. Doing something like this is just a bad idea because it doesn't take as much time to do edits of this quality to be done. And honestly, I'm not even going to kid myself. This is just shit as a result of not putting in enough work on it.
Now get a few references, look at them compared to your sprites. Then ask yourself if this really looks like cuphead. To me it doesn't. This is where you have to draw out everything by scratch and really try to make it look close as possible in roughs before you really attempt to sprite him.
And if you want an out of the box idea, Literally grab a cup and really study the shape and form of it just by feel. Then draw a few just from observation. Then maybe try to apply the form of it. This could help you immensely as you develop your work.
you just gave mikey mouse's sheet a cup as the head....
That's pretty lazy, man.
That's literally the Mickey Mania spritesheet with Cuppy's head on it. The head isn't even well edited!
The original art has a nose for him and also eyeballs which are closer to each other.
Edit:
I would also take a look at how other artists solved the transition from HD sprites to pixel art:

It really helps to have references.
On the positive note, to make a Sprite Edit to look like Cuphead, Mickey Mania sprites would be a good place to start since its pretty bouncy.
Downside is what others have said. Your Cuphead doesn't really look like Cuphead. You could do a lot more work to make your edit look more like Cuphead. For example...
The first is the original Cuphead sprite shrunken down to keep scale. The second is your version. Some minor edits and an attempt to make a Custom Cuphead cup but not completely accurate. The third is my attempt, also editing Mickey Mania's sprites but trying to match the source as closely as possible. That requiring heavy editing to the original and being closer to the design. Not the best, but it does show an example of how your edit can look closer to the intended idea than just the original base with a new head.
