your guide is heavilly out dated. A new tool called fmodel now supports unreal engine 5 which umodel doesnt. Your guide lacks any information of .mapping files which is required for new unreal engines which is similar to aes keys which Im fairly sure you kinda glossed over. An there was a aes key ripper by GH fear which extracts aes keys from a .shipping.exe file.
So your guide will need heavilly updated.
