Is that what I see there a hamster running in a hamster wheel in a brain?

The only problem that I see is the smoke coming out of the bottle on the right... if that's meant to be smoke. It doesn't really look like smoke to me. More like hair or seaweed.

They're fumes. If it were smoke I would have done a poof of smoke coming out.
