So ive been trying to extract stuff from Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise for the Ds, while i got the assets.bin file and i immediatly found in-game text,Pinata names,Pinata Descriptions and vice versa in the file
http://prntscr.com/jc1ybf <--- As Shown in this image But if i try to extract or open the bin file i get told its not supported or console tool won't extract it at all. i tried the mkds course modifier too and it told me it's also a unsupported format. Is it possibly because it's somehow encrypted? I provded a link to the assets.bin file.

at most i just want to know if there are models in it or not, and possibly textures, and if i can somehow get them extracted.
