Using Cxbx Reloaded (latest versions are usually on emucr.com) and Ninja Ripper set to d3d8, I've been able to rip from Xbox games, and so far every game that works rips the characters in a t-pose. Here's some of what I've ripped so far:
Shrek:
Sneak King:
Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex (Crash's model is slightly different, and because of imperfect emulation, all the characters are in a t-pose in the game anyway)
Pac-Man World 3 (because the GameCube and PSP versions don't rip in a t-pose)
Not every game works in Cxbx yet, but was does work can be ripped from.
Lol, well I guess this is finally a chance for me to get Gregg and Kriplespac from the XBOX Conker game. Or hire someone else to since my computer's having major problems currently...
I'm super excited to see sneak king more then anything
I tried too, when rippe a pacman or a character from jet set radio, I came out in t-pose but I did not have uvwrapp or I do not know, so how did you solve it for the uvwrapp?
BUmping this thread, I tried Ninja ripper with three games -
Mortal Kombat Deception
Spikeout Battle Street
WWE Raw 2
And while the models rip out fine. the UV is all messed up. Any fix on this?
Textures need to be flipped vertically in order to display the UV correctly. You can also export your models from Noesis and check "Flip UV" instead.
This is great for textures, but UV's are broken for me.
This is from NASCAR 06.
I tried ripping the Ratatouille game and only one of Remy's meshes ripped properly, the others are all just flat geometry

I also tried the GameCube version in the past and it didn't rip t posed (I haven't tried the Wii version but it's the same game here and would have likely given the same results)
EDIT: I managed to get him out of the GameCube version after all. He's in t pose for a split second as the game loads
can you do this with xbox 360?
Hey, I was able to rip models from Ice Age 2: The Meltdown
Here's Manny and Diego

There was a PC release but it's hell to set up and even then a few meshes don't rip in default pose. I also tried both GameCube and Wii versions but it couldn't rip in the default poses.
The Wii version has bigger textures than the Xbox version so I'm including those as well (Manny's texture is 1024x1024 compared to 512x512 on Xbox)
EDIT: this still doesn't work perfectly with EVERY mesh these characters have. I tried Sid and Scrat and some parts of them were in the area where they were standing. I guess Manny and Diego just didn't need to worry about this
This can be helpful for certain games I like on XBOX.
