Hey can someone help me? I want to know what kind of texture file this is and how do I apply it underneath the real texture. I have no idea how this kind of texture works.

Seems to be a compisite. You can use pearidians tool to split it up.

Composites can be broken down into normal maps, spectral maps, and a lot of other stuff. It's used by games so they dont need to make three different files for everything.
