Well, everyone has their own opinions.
I think Galaxy surpassed many other Mario games, namely Sunshine. Galaxy is the definition of a 'real' sequel to SM64. To me, at least. I'm not at all offended at your opinion. It just depends whether the game is fun to you or not.
