does anyone know how to make a game from scratch given files like pngs, jpgs, and so on?

I think you should stop making multiple threads about so basic topics and search a little by yourself. We're not Google as far as I know... Well an advice.

i know about game engines, and android SDK...
but... nothing really basic, and close to image files and animations.
something that works completely visually.
there's antiryad engine but it doesnt port right away.
and openspace3d, which is now completely laggy.
