So I found these sprites floating around the internet and thought "Hey this would be pretty neat for a comic" so I try to find the creator to ask for permission and I can't find it anywhere. Any thoughts who's it is?

there's a credits list in the middle of the sheet and to be honest, I can barely make them out because this is a Jpeg.
