Hi weldon1045!
There sure is, but it's harder than you'd think. I'd recommend grabbing MAME and checking out this guide, it's really detailed and should get you on your way to ripping those sprites!
Hope this helps, cheers!

Well, I've actually never used ArtMoney, but it seems to be an application that searches values found in the memory used by a specific application, meaning it most likely searches for those values in RAM. You can learn more about it in this tutorial if you'd like, but it's a bit confusing and really isn't worth it if you're using the built in MAME tools.
Also, what exactly do you mean by you can't get the right color? Is the palette viewer displaying colors that differ from the on-screen sprites?

From there, you can scale down the MAME window to the lowest possible size (to ensure a 1:1 pixel ratio), and then screenshot the MAME window using something like Snipping Tool or just press [Windows Key] + [Print Screen]. Then, you can go into an image editing program like Photoshop, Paint.NET, Microsoft Paint, etc. to rearrange the sprites into a usable form. I'd recommend this video to see how to do the rearranging. You'll have to remove those little black dividing lines though...
