The VG Resource

So I guess I might have stumbled into some weird type of BRRES file

and below is what a proper BRRES should be

something definitely seems wrong here

I had entirely forgot to mention that "share2.brres" has a malformed root


And that another file from the same title does not have this

For all I know, these could be encrypted in some manner, or purposefully garbled
And the title in question that these files come from is AquaSpace (WGPE01), which is a WiiWare title
I have no idea if any other WiiWare titles do this, or if any non-WiiWare titles do this
EDIT:
I've found a TPL file in the same title that also seems to have a CX00 header


Every file in here could be in this oddly compressed format, who knows
