As in... all of them? I hope this doesn't come off as rude, but it seems a bit much to ask for with no payment. You could try asking for less (such as the sounds from a single game) or posting in the Commissions board.
If you would be happy to do this yourself, the good news is it should be easy with PSound. Some games deviate from being easy to rip but most don't. If you need help with a particular aspect of that, I'm happy to help.

PSound barely does JACK when I try it with WRC games

Oh, does it? That's intrigued me now. I'll look into the first PS2 game and see what there is.

Okay, it seems they pulled some trick to shove everything into DVD.DAT but make that file appear to the system as containing nothing but padding. You will need to throw the game's ISO into PSound. If you these games physically, most disc burning software will also allow you to rip discs in ISO format. For some sounds, including the co-driver, you will have to go to Options -> Configure -> Sample Rate to force the correct sample rate.

It turns out I can't even use PSOUND at all, not even Scan Directory works. Must be a defective version

Drag and drop the ISO file into PSound. If you've upset it with DVD.DAT you'll have to restart it.

Tried that, it won't even SCAN it
Guess I was right, it was indeed a defective version. Tried it with ver.-2.00 and they're all there.
