Hi! I Tried To Rip Music from Mother 1+2 but i got this:

Translation: Unable to run the app on the PC (To Search a version for your PC, consult with the editor of the software)
could you help me? i also wanted a mother 1+2 soundfont!

I'm not familiar with the program but a quick Google search confirms this is a pretty stock error message and could mean any number of things. It could be as simple as running an incorrect format application on your PC (a 64-bit app on a 32-bit PC for example), or it could be as serious as the modern Windows OS completely breaking the program. You can Google a number of suggested fixes, but I don't know if you'll get a clearer answer with just the information you have here.
