l am currently looking for an free and very good engine I can use  to make an 2-d side scrolling platforming game  with some elements of attacking, open world and other things but I can't seem to find one that is 32 bit or free so I need help to finally find the perfect engine I can use for this project.

You should try Gdevelop. It's simple to use and is free. I'm not sure if there is a 32-bit version. Here is what I found.
