Gals Panic:
Will do Berlin Wall and Pack'n Bang Bang High Def backgrounds later. Figured out how to rip the high def backgrounds from Gals Panic using Tile M / Binxelview.
Thanks for all your work on these, after getting into the Jackie Chan games I've been interested in Kaneko's work.
The M. Lion stage rip blew my mind, I never would have thought the background image was so extensive and realistic. Do you happen to know if there was something preventing Yeung's stage in Fists of Fire/Kung Fu Master from getting ripped? I noticed it was the only one missing, and it's also the one with a weird collapsible pillar that I could imagine causing technical issues

Hello Everybody! Been some time since I released a sprite sheet huh?
There wasn't much completed this time but i'll get into them some time. However, I may need to fix some of the sprites on my sheets because the colors displayed in MAME aren't 100% perfect and I'll repost them with the true color brightness (some emulators display the brightness at full, while the actual RGB palettes aren't)
Keep in mind that some of the home console games have compressions on them (eg.
Air Buster &
Wani Wani World on Mega Drive)
Revised Red Clash [AC] with the Tecmo version 2 sprites with a more accurate palette that them. That is one game that's now fully completed, now on to the others!
Air Buster [AC]:
A very odd background. It's palette is loaded in the second stage and it may have been intended to be in the boss area.
Sheets Revised:
Air Buster [AC]:
All Bosses
I'll start on everything else later, and maybe the backgrounds the last.
Gals Panic II [AC]:
All sprites of the Special version have been ripped. The only thing that needs to be done is rip the 8bpp backgrounds and that's going to be a pain.
Gals Panic II [AC]:
The first sheet is marked NSFW!
Gals Panic II [AC]:
Finally figured out how to obtain the 8bbp gfx from Gals Panic II!
So first what I did is load the game in the MAME debugger. Then I find the address of the 8bbp GFX (It's 8bbp.01 in the memory section) whenever the game shows the 8bbp BG. Finally I dump the image and then copy and paste the hex codes (I highly recommend using Notepad++ as you can use column editing) into whatever hex editor and there you go! If you want to find the 8bbp GFX, it's in the addresses 500000 to 53FFFF.
Gals Panic II [AC]:
The most cursed mini-game i've seen from Kaneko...
Gals Panic II [AC]:
This version of the grim reeper looks so sick not gonna lie.
The 8bbp background MIGHT change in the future because there's a thick black line in the three of the attract mode backgrounds.

They generate an image list this time.

Only this works if you beat the game twice or more and then you press F3 to reset the game and quicky she appears.
However the image is stretched and is unrippable.
It is possible to obtain the backgrounds using the debug mode and dumping the backgrounds?
