Berlin No Kabe (Game Gear):

All the portable games are done. Except for Rainbow Chips, i'm looking forward for having a rom for it.
EDIT: Thank you someone for how to get to the door in stages 4 and 5. (I also forgot about the true ending, sorry about that)

I don't think Kaneko went bankrupt or something like that. They weren't doing well financially in the late 90's, so they stopped developing games altogether in 2002. BTW, why there was a 2006 civil lawsuit against Kaneko? I'm curious. They returned as a gaming distribution company, but the website is down. I'm researching for their history.

Explosive Breaker:

Two more backgrounds need to be ripped. I found some unused backgrounds and sprites while I was sprite ripping. There's a secret test menu, enable them with the TCRF cheat in the article page in order to find out.
Alright so i'm back from Connecticut and planning to complete Heavy Unit MD Special and Explosive Breaker soon.

That's all for all Turbografx-16 games! The only games are from the CD-ROM games.
Curious question: I heard that Kaneko also partnered up with some other companies to make Aldynes and Agedama for PC-Engine. Is this true or not?
Another Question: Why did Kaneko USA close their doors?
