You're right, it isn't good. At all.
I can't even give crits on this. Scrap the entire thing and start over.
Tips:
START SLOW. Don't rush it like you did.
Learn anatomy.

Learn how to shade.
Smoothen out your edges.

as harsh that comment may sound, xTYVONx is right. Actually, it's easier to redo the whole thing than trying to improve those.
