I'm trying to rip the 2000s CD-ROM game Arthur's Camping Adventure. The largest file in the directory is called Arthur.ief, so I assume that's where most of the data is. I can't seem to find how to open it, but looking in a hex editor, it contains headers INDX and DATA.
