Why is the larger icon totally different from the sheet?

Maybe it's the hero and the sprites are the outdoor itens? Dunno Shocked

The bigger icon is from the intro screen, whereas the sprites are from the outdoor area within the game. I chose to use that because it looks more like homestar than his in-game sprite does!
